When will my order arrive?
All orders are currently dispatched via APC and are usually received within three working days. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. Unfortunately once dispatched delivery time is out of my control so please be patient. If you have still not received your order after five working days, please email orders@tinytreats.uk.

How do I change the delivery details on my order?

Yes. Please send an email to orders@tinytreats.uk requesting this at least two working days before your order is due to be dispatched.

Where are your bakes made?
At home in my kitchen. I currently hold a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering and Hygiene as well as tiny treats being fully insured.

How long will my bakes last? 

All bakes will stay fab for around a week!

How should I store my order once received?
Upon receipt, you can either freeze your order for up to one month or transfer into an airtight container and store at room temp (or fridge where specified).

Do you cater to allergies?

Unfortunately due to the frequent use of wheat flour and nuts I am unable to guarantee that any single product will not contain traces of any of the aforementioned allergens.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?
I currently offer a Vegan box and all bakes are vegetarian apart from S’mores slices. If you require gluten free bakes please get in touch and I will be able to offer you a price accordingly.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes. Please send an email to orders@tinytreats.uk requesting this at least two working days before your order is due to be dispatched.

Will I receive a refund for my order if cancelled?

No. As all items are made to order.

Please be advised that I will not refund for missed deliveries. APC will attempt to deliver multiple times alongside sending you email and/or text confirmation of a two delivery slot on the day.
